I realize the Detroit Lions have become the butt of every joke from here to Australia, but this footage of Barry will remind you of how much excitement and hope one player can inspire in a team.

I will never forgive Barry for the way he quit on the team with no advanced notice. It does not matter to me that he nearly went into the record books as the best runner of all times. One “awe s***” negates 100 “at-a-boys”!
