   I ordered an xl and received a large! I called and really expected them to say "So sorry for the trouble, we'll get an xl out ASAP and keep the lg as our gift" but no. I was told to mail back the shirt and when they received it they would send out the correct size and refund me the mailing cost. They did both, but I have shopped with this company tons and was a bit put off by the lack of customer service. I may rethink shopping here in the future, that being said they did make it right in the end.
