    The hat wasn’t the right fit for my head, but I have a large and unusual shaped head for which it’s hard to find a well fitting hat. The craftsmanship is good.

      Hi Larry-

      We pulled up your tracking and it looks like it is stuck in customs in NY. Some of our USPS international shipments were affected by the potential UPS strike because everyone started using USPS instead of UPS for fear their packages would get stuck or lost.

      Please continue to watch the tracking; now that the UPS strike has been averted, the flow of packages should go back to normal and should start moving again.
