   Ordered a Detroit Tigers cap…when i got it the brim was pre-bent substantially. Pretty sure someone had tried it on and bent it before i got it 🙁
   I will not be ordering from this place again.

   If you are a fan of a well structured classic hat this would be a good choice. The Old English D is appropriate in size again, thank goodness! I just need to break it in a little.

   After more than 1 month I still haven’t received my baseball cap.
   I paid almost $50 for shipping cost to The Netherlands and they call this first class mail. To me it isn’t even thirt class.
   Last tracking update was on january 22nd saying it was processed through Chicago IL International distribution center facility.
   When I send several emails to this website, asking if they know what’s going on or if they can help me find out when I finally can get my cap, it’s a complete radio silence and no reply at all from this side.
   It’s been 5 weeks now since I ordered it. The pandemic is not an excuse now anymore.
   I will wait untill this weekend (feb. 27th) before I ask paypall a full refund.
   I’ve been more than patient now and not replying my emails is very bad costumer service!

    Low profile road caps in my size can be hard to find on even the Tigers own site. They have them at Vintage Detroit! I had mine mailed. It arrived in a week packed well in a small box. New Era caps don’t all fit the same so there is some risk. I couldn’t be happier.

    My go to spot for Detroit sports gear! The hat shipped quickly and was packaged securely in a box. I’ve ordered hats from other retailers, they arrive at my door in a bag. Also the only retailer I could find that had my size.
