It has been 20 days since we placed the custom order for my son’s 1st birthday party, and we still have not received the item. The item was shipped via USPS; however, USPS informed me that the item did not have adequate postage and was being returned to Detroit Vintage Collections. I contacted Detroit Vintage Collections who is finger pointing at USPS rather than worrying about customer satisfaction. For customer satisfaction, I would like to see Detroit Vintage Collections make a new custom romper (item is $39.99 + $37 for customizing + $9.99 for shipping) and expedite shipping with the correct postage to arrive before my son’s birthday. I did my part by ordering well in advance. Please resolve this issue.

Package received back from USPS on 9/21 with showing proper postage for Priority Service. We shipped out the item again via EXPRESS on 9/21 at our expense.
